Career Opportunities

INM students enroll for both personal and professional enrichment. Our goal is to provide INM students with the skills they need to begin to practice as professionals and counselors in the natural health field, within a reasonable period of time, and at an affordable cost. We teach our students how to be healthy and how to teach others to be healthy. Our students and graduates also have the opportunity to help family and friends live a healthier lifestyle.

Students who have completed an INM certificate or degree program are equipped to work in the following areas based on the extent of completed courses:

– Nutritional counselor or consultant
– Nutritional assistant to physicians or institution
– Naturopathic doctor with a private practice
– Natural health writer
– Home health advisor
– Natural health product retailer
– Seminar speaker or leader on natural health topics
– Owner of or therapist in a long-term care institution
– Medical missionary
– Owner of a school of natural healing
– Owner of a health and wellness business or institute/health restoration facility
– Herbal marketing specialist
